We build software for a living at Automation Systems, so we know exactly what tracking looks like. This site does none of it. Here is how andreimatcovschi.com handles your data — short enough to actually read.
What this site does not do
No tracking cookies. No invasive analytics. No advertising pixels, no profiling, no third-party scripts watching what you read. You can browse every page of this site without being followed around the web afterwards. The web server keeps standard technical logs (such as IP addresses) for security and troubleshooting only, for a short period — the same as virtually every website online.
When we process your data
The only personal data we receive is what you send us yourself — if you decide to get in touch by phone, WhatsApp, email or LinkedIn: typically your name, contact details and whatever you write about your business. We use it for one purpose: replying to you and managing our working relationship. It is never sold, never passed to third parties for marketing, and kept only as long as our conversation or collaboration requires.

Your rights, in short
Under the GDPR you can ask us at any time to access, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, to restrict how we use it, or to object to its processing. One email to info@matcovschi.it is enough — no forms, no procedures. If you believe something is wrong, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
